Review; Zoeva Cocoa Blend palette

Tuesday, April 26, 2016

If something has the word "cocoa" in its name I need it! I'm attracted to chocolate brown packaging and rich pigmented shades! I was getting told to buy this palette from every direction, And its easy to see why.
The shadows are equally amazing when it comes to shade and pigmentation! Each colour is unique and at first glance you'll ask yourself "how on earth do these colours go together?" They're so different, it looks odd seeing them next to each other in the palette. But once you have a play with them you'll see they work beautifully! Each colour matches the other in a very unique way!

EDIT; I've added some swatches in for you guys! I have no idea why the original post didn't have any!

My Favourite shades are Warm notes(third from the left) and Pure Ganache (The super gold one!)

This palette has "no parabens, no mineral oils, no fragrances, no phthalates, superior pigmentation and vitamin E.
As for packaging, well it's gorgeous! It's a dark cool, brown with beautiful gold writing and accents.

These shadows last very well on my hooded, oily lids! But the metallic and duo chrome shadows do like to move around in my crease. But I can't really do anything to prevent that.
The price is amazing! I bought this from Beauty Bay for $28AUD, with free shipping! I understand that beauty bay get a lot of negative reviews for delayed shipping or damaged goods, But just know its not the case all the time and when you're ordering online you're taking that risk anyway. My parcel arrived within two weeks in perfect condition! BUT if you'd prefer to buy from somewhere within Australia you can pick this up from Sephora for $38AUD, Shipping is $15AUD (free over $55AUD).
To sum it up I think this palette is absolutely amazing and I have my eyes set on the rest of the Zoeva palettes! Next on my list are the new Spectrum palettes and the Naturally yours palette!
What is your favourite Zoeva palette? xx
