The skin care products I swear by!

Wednesday, February 26, 2020

I'm very picky when it comes to skincare. I won't pick up a random product off the shelf and buy it just because the packaging is pretty, i'll admit packaging does play a huge part in it. But if a skincare item catches my eye ill do a little research before i go and slap it on my face.

Personally the more natural it is the better, now i'm not saying every product i use is 100% natural or vegan or whatever but if the product is going to be used on my skin I only want the good stuff.
These few products have been in my routine for quite some time now and i just cannot stop repurchasing them!

Sukin blemish control range

When sukin released this range I was already head over heels in love with their Oil Balancing range. I had just come off the contraceptive pill after being on it for two years so my body was having trouble balancing everything out, unfortunately I started to break out. This was not normal for my skin at and definitely wasn't something I was used to. so as soon as this hit the shelves I was onto it!

Some key ingredients in this range are eucalyptus, tea tree, willow herb and salicyic acid. So basically everything that is usually recommended to someone with break out prone skin.

The cleanser ($13.95) Makes me feel so fresh and awake afterwards and really gives a great deep cleanse without having to use a whole lot of product.

The toner ($13.95) has completely transformed my face, due to having naturally oily skin my pores around the centre of my face used to be crazy huge. I used to get so self conscience, I know make up isn't  a magic pore eraser but whenever i had some on it would make them appear worse! After adding this to my daily routine I've seen a huge difference. I'll never go back.

The spot banishing gel ($9.95) is hands down the BEST I've ever used, I kid you not if I wake up with a big nasty spot i'll chuck some of this on and within 24 hrs its almost gone.

Another reason I wasn't hesitant to try this range was the oil free moisturiser ($13.95). It's just as good as the oil balancing one. It feels super light weight and hydrating without making me look like an oily mess.

Swisse Blood orange brightening facial serum $29.99

I was on the hunt for a serum, I'd never actually used one before but I felt the need to up my skincare game. The name off this product is what made me interested. When I think of blood orange in a serum I immediately think its going to leave my face looking plump and full of life. thankfully it didn't disappoint. This product claims to protect and hydrate the skin while giving a bright, luminous complexion. Just after the first week I definitely seen the results

Frank body creamy face scrub $21.95

Just like many other bloggers I am  a huge fan of frank body, especially this face scrub. I scrub about once a week just to get rid of any dead skin cells and dirt stuck on my face (gross I know). I just LOVE the coffee makes my skin look. I also love the original coffee scrub!

They're the products I'm obsessed with! Have you tried any of these? What are your favourite skincare products? Let me know in the comments!
